COUNSELING CALL LETTER FOR SRM AP-AMARVATI

Dear applicant,

It is our pleasure to welcome you for the SRM University, AP – Amaravati counselling. Based on the
preliminary scruitiny of your application we invite you to attend the counselling for this university
commencing on the 27th of June.

All students invited for counselling would assemble at the venue in each location for a presentation
by the leadership. You will then be checked in and admitted into the counselling hall.

You should select the venue and the date of your choice and email the same to :
director.admissions@srmap.edu.in ( mention your application number in the email ).

Admission will be offered subject to satisfying eligibility criteria and availability of seats.

COUNSELING PROCEDURE

1. You will be called in the order of Application Number.

2. Your certificates and documents would be verified at the registration desk and you will be
registered.
3. You will be guided to the interview panel who would interact with you to identify your
interests, your special accomplishments, your dreams and your abilities. It will also assess

you suitability for the branches you have preferred. The interaction would last for 10 – 15
minutes.
4. You will also show proof of your extracurricular activities (if any) to the interview panel.
5. On completion of interview formalities, based on your score, a merit list for SRM Amaravati
would be prepared and you will be communicated through email.
6. After the interview, you will submit the DD for the fees mentioned in the trailing paragraph
and you will be issued an acknowledgement.
7. If you are selected you will be issued provisional allotment letter (PAL) though email and the
fees paid will be accounted for this.
8. If you are not selected, the demand draft will be returned to you at the address given in your
application.

Documents to be produced in original at the time of counselling along with one photo copy of
each:

1. Counseling call letter

2. SRMJEEE (UG) 2017 Rank Card / JEEE Mains Rank Card / SAT Score Card
3. Mark sheet of Class 10th as proof of date of birth
4. Mark sheet of Class 12th or its equivalent (if results are announced)
5. Photo ID proof (PAN, Aadhar, Passport)
6. Demand draft drawn in favour of “SRMIST” on any bank payable at “CHENNAI” for
Rs.2,60,000/- (Tuition fee of Rs.2,50,000/- + Non-refundable registration fee of Rs.10,000/-)
