I can only close my account by visiting the branch office where I applied for it. And if no transactions have
been made in a period of 12 months, the Bank is entitled to close my account.

Information concerning the processing of personal data (This section applies to
natural persons) Personal data that the customer submits in connection with application
showing the customers interest/application/agreementor which is otherwise registered
in connection therewith is processed by the bank for preparation and administration of
theaffected service. In addition, the personal data constitutes a basis for marketing and
customer analyses, business follow-up, business and method development, and risk mana-
gement. Risk management also pertains to the handling of information on the borrower
and credits, and for quality rating of credits for capital cover purposes. The personal data

Nordea Group and other companieswith which the Group co-operates in its operations.
In the event the customer wants to receive information regarding what personal data con-
cerning him or her is processed by the bank, the customer may request the same in writing
from NordeaBank AB (publ), Personuppgiftsansvarig, 105 71 Stockholm. A customer who
wishes to request rectification of erroneous or misleading data may contact the bank at the
above address.
