WORKPLACE ETHICS & CODE OF CONDUCT POLICY

PURPOSE
The purpose of this document is to provide an avenue through which employees and their
managers can interact, communicate and exchange opinions related to official or personal
matters.

POLICY
In order to progress in a professional environment, following are few pointers which need
to be practiced and followed strictly to be able to grow in LiveAdmins:

 Employee should remain seated while

o The internet is not working

o The lunch is not served

o The laptop/ system is unavailable

 Gossiping in loud volume is prohibited within the premises

 Discussions related to work is highly encouraged

 Abusive language is prohibited

 Incase of any grievances, refer to Management

 While interaction, message should be delivered to the point without any


psychological noise

 Commenting on personality is highly prohibited and can result in immediate


suspension of the services

 While interacting, an employee should remain in professional constraints

 Time consumed in gossiping the parking/ kitchen will considered as wastage


 Office assets should be handed back with wires neatly tied up.

 Laptops should be placed back in the lockers with care

 Use headphones/ earphones for listening music

 Laughing out loud is discouraged within premises

 Repetitive late comings will be fined (with the discretion of the Management)

Note: This policy can be changed with the discretion of the Management according to
company needs to maintain professional code of conduct
