3.1 FCOM:
3.1.1 PAPER FORMAT AND WEIGHT:

The FCOM publication paper format is 1/2 American format (A5) or other (AX). Weight 80 grs/m2.

3.1.2 DELIVERY

For the first new paper format delivery, one new binder will be provided by set of paper FCOM. See
the FCOM and QRH binders and dividers management. (Divider Example)

Since the structure of the new FCOM is no more split in 4 "volumes" but is organized in 3 main
parts. Each part could be split in several tomes. The content of each part is described as follow (See
cross reference tables):

• Part I in two binders:

• Binder 1: Preliminary pages + GEN-General information + DSC-Aircraft
Systems ATA 20 to ATA 24
• Binder 2: DSC-Aircraft Systems ATA 25 to ATA 70

3.3.1 DELIVERY

You will find here below:

The list of Front Matter Pages that must be removed from the QRH binder :

• The Transmittal Letter

• The Filing Instructions

The list of Preliminary Pages that must be moved or removed from the QRH binder :
• The list of Modifications removed,
• List of Effective Operations Engineering Bulletins moved to the first position of the OEBs Section

The list of GEN General Pages that must be removed from the QRH binder :
• The Table of Contents (TOC) of the General section
• The General Information (GEN.02) section

The list of OEBs Pages (OEBs Section) that must be removed from the QRH binder :
• The Table of Contents (TOC) of the Operations Engineering Bulletins section (the List of Effective Operations Engineering Bulletins (LEOEB) is the
reference)
• All pages numbered "XX.00" and "XX.00A" of the Operations Engineering Bulletins (OEB) section (approval
DU of the OEBs)

The list of Pages that must be removed from each section :

• The front pages of all QRH sections (replaced by the dividers) excepted the PRELIMINARY,
• The Summary of Highlights pages if any (Preliminary pages of each section).
