Subject: EPA TRI report
Hi Beverly and Ezequiel,
As you may know, our organization's mission is to improve air quality and we are serving as a resource partner for air
quality on the North Birmingham Community Coalition.
I was thrilled to find online during my research that EPA was scheduled to complete a guide in the summer of 2013 for
using pollution prevention opportunities related to TRI data. Considering the timing (multiple Title V permits) this guide will
be extremely useful for everyone who wants to see the air pollution in the northern Birmingham communities reduced.
I searched for it online, but have been unable to find it, so I am assuming it has not been released. Is this correct? Please
let us know when we can expect the release of this vital resource. (The end of the public comment period for one of the
Title V permits is 4/18, so our time to review the guide is already limited.)
Thanks and I look forward to hearing from you soon.
For clean and healthy air,
Kirsten
