Professional goals

Goals to enhance my knowledge and abilities in education.

Since the beginning of my career in education, I continuously

set goals to grow professionally. Each year I evaluate myself as
a teacher, a professional and personally to strive for greatness.
I proudly accomplished my goals through dedication to my
students, families and teachers alike.

Present Goals:

 To improve the differentiation in my instruction through

scholarly research.
 To implement new age and developmentally appropriate
classroom management techniques in the preschool
setting.
 To motivate families to utilize community resources and
events to promote family engagement and learning.
 To become more politically active to bring the
perspectives of a preschool teacher to light.
