Dear Sir;

Greetings!

I am writing to you in behalf of our client xxxx , to inform you that you
have failed to comply with the Compromise Agreement dated March
2014, which you and my client have executed at the Public Attorneys
Office.

May I remind you that under that agreement you have agreed to give an
amount of Seven Thousand Pesos (P7,000.00), which shall be given
P3,500.00 at every 15th day of the month and the balance is given at the
last day of the month.

However, despite the said agreement, oral demands and plea for support
by our client you failed to comply with the same.

In view of the foregoing, I am giving a period of FIVE (5) days from receipt
of this letter to settle your obligation to our client; else I will be
constrained to file the necessary case against you.

Please treat this matter with preference as this is the Final Demand.
