Incorrect payment to ABC Limited.

Hi Team,

We have made a payment of USD 80,000 on invoice # 1234 with VD 12th Dec’17 and we have noticed
that actual payment should have been 50,000 due to which we made an additional payment of USD
30,000.

Request you to return the USD 50,000 on attached Wire details and we will re-initiate payment on your
invoice # 1234 once we receive returned payment from your end.

Allocation of tasks and responsibilities-Client Reliance-Updates

Hi Raj,

With regard to the new client on-boarded by our firm, I have prepared a detailed allocation list
segregating the tasks and responsibilities within the team of 10 members.

I have Segregated the tasks into 3 parts i.e Reports, Analysis and client management. Based on
individuals interactions with my team I have allocated the work based on their interest and capabilities
to manage the given tasks.

I would be grateful if you can review the file and provide your comments on this.
