Dear Ajay,

On 24th Sep, manpower deployed at MOIN site by DEC had gathered in front of C&W office.
That came to our notice late evening through your staff.
Gathering was for bringing their grievances in notice regarding deducted amount of their salaries they
got last month.
Same thing had been intimated to you several times and got assurance from your end for its closure.
However, it is still pending.
Please close the issue on priority and update.

Dear Lalit / Muninder,

As discussed in the sunrise meeting, inverters does not come online whenever there is changeover from
Transformers to DG. However, it is OK in case of vice-versa (changeover from DG to transformers).
Please coordinate with the concerned vendor (Luminous) and get it rectified ASAP.

Dear Rajnish,

On 18th Sep, two of your operators found smoking inside STP plant at tank area.
This is a very serious concern.
Repeatedly, STP operators are indulging in undisciplined activities.
Please take necessary action and update.
Also, please sensitize your team about hazards and risk inside STP.

Regards
Chiranji Lal

Sleeping of operators during duty hours is not the first time.

Repercussion are evident.
STP water generation in the last four day is very low i.e. 131 KL, 160KL, 100KL & 300KL respectively.
It indicates that your team is not taking proper care of STP operation.
Take today’s case:
STP Equalization tank no. 1 got overflown.
After investigation with your team, it was found that A-shift operator Rahul did not handover to B-shift
operator and left site.
Moreover, site STP supervisor was not available today.
STP operators are replaced frequently without safety induction even with no information to our
Engineers.
In view of the above, please visit site tomorrow to review STP operation ‘s observations.

Dear Sir,

This is with regard to the water leakage in ST-7 fire corridor at lower ground.
Water is dripping from HVAC shaft no. 14. Our team has tried to resolve it, however, could not succeed.
This is because HVAC line (6”) is not insulated at some places vertically and condensation chilled water
has even spoiled insulation at LG ST-7 corridor (Besides Store 99).
This is left out work of projects.
Kindly help us to resolve it.

Regard

Chiranji Lal

facing intermittent problem in our LT panel as given below:

1) Whenever any one of the DG is running & is on load, its

incomer ACB (at LT panel) trips momentarily and regains again

Dear Mr. Sanjay / Mr. Chandan,
It is been observed that STP plants at both the sites are not being
maintained well. Earlier, in the month of August, STP water (inlet
& outlet) was tested weekly for a month by FICCI lab and we have
not got the parameters within limit. And now, even after a month,
there is not much improvement seen.

It is found that operators are not maintaining proper water flow

and air flow rate to aeration tank, proper backwash procedure is
not followed, correct ratio of salt & water for charging resin is not
maintained. Above all, your operators are not being trained and
monitored regularly at your end.

Please note that we need to maintain STP parameters as per

DPCC norms. In this regard, no deviation is expected.

In view of the above, you are advised to have a close monitoring

of the plants with immediate effect to avoid any embarrassing
situation.
