We chose the said place because it serve as business center in San Antonio, aside
from the public market of the city. In addition, it is relatively near from several schools on Biñan.
Lastly, most of the vehicles entering San Antonio passes by this street, so it makes it accessible
and it is easily seen since it is along the road.

Project: Description:
Since Biñan is known for its native delicacy known as Puto Biñan, we have decided
to use it as our main product. We plan to have students and average earners as target market.
We came up with this project not only to promote Biñan’s product but also to innovate and
develop it for it to be competitive in today’s market.

Product Description:
Usually, it is served on several occasions; thus, we have come up with an idea of
taking puto to the next level by giving it a twist through combining and collaborating it
with different desserts, making it specialized and customized. We plan to have three
varieties of the product namely Chocolate Chip Puto, Puto Halaya and Yema Puto. We
plan to sell the product by batches of one dozen box and half-dozen box, with each box
containing the stated varieties.
