1. Can you tell me about yourself?

 My name is Ravi khanna, I am from Varanasi.

 I have done Post Graduation Diploma in
Conflict Management and Development from
Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi.

2. What do you know about the company?

 Induslnd Bank is a new generation
private bank, established in 1994.
 Induslnd Bank ltd has branches in 34
states.
 Induslnd Bank has approx 300
Branches in India.

3. Why do you want this job?

 As a fresher getting a job in Financial sector will be
a golden opportunity because I want to work with
Bank like Induslnd Bank, it will enhance my skills
and knowledge.
4. What are you greatest professional strength?

 I have the ability to adopt the working culture of

an organisation and tries to give my best .

5. What do you consider to be your weakness?

 Basically my weakness is that I believe on each

and every person which sometimes results loss to
me.

6. Why should I consider hiring you?

 If I get an opportunity to work with you. I will give

my best for that organisation.
 I will work to increase the growth and business of
an organisation.
