2. Full supervsion of trowelling works and identify skill level of workers at trowelling station
3. Check the finished product to evaluate the performance of workers
4. Identify the most talented workers and suitable trowelling method to achieve evenness requirements
5. Only those workers passed the on-job training will be certified as troweller and allow to work at trowelling station
