Convention ,it is the large gathering where individuals meet with common interest ,

In our college it is called Erudition, I considered to be a part of the convention team , As it is interesting ,
interactive and very fruitful for everyone. It is a very vital and significant part of our college system .

There would be a lot of responsibilities on the organizer and I would love to take up that challenge .

It would be a great opportunity to represent our college and go outside college and work.

As it acts a bridge between an institute and organization it is of paramount importance so I would like to be a part
of it and make some difference so as to be beneficial for everyone .

leaders and people at top managerial position

embarks new ideas vision and concepts which keeps the flame alive and burning inside the budding managers

So I would be obliged to a part of such an esteemed committee .

I am a persistent passionate and agile person , I complete my objective with dedication and concern ,

I try to complete an objective in a given time ,with the required quality and in the most efficient way possible by
me .

In past ,in college I always did contribution in organizing events such as lan gaming , competitions .

We had a business awareness cell ,In which we had a convention , I did work including getting the permission for
hall ,

Organizing the lunch for the guests ,maintaining the decorum .

I can interact with new people , I work with diligence and my attitude towards every situation would be to act
patiently and keep trying until I get it done.

If I get to be a part of this committee I would listen to my mentors, my seniors the guidelines provided by them
would form a foundation for me to start working on , and after that I would try to raise and increase more
opportunities and thrive for the improvement in the functionality of the committee .

I would try to complete all the objectives and the goals laid down for me with my efforts and consistency.

If feasible I would try to get in contact with more professionals (for the next convention ) holding high posts at
different organization ,and try to rope in some international speakers .

Rest I would ensure that everything runs in time given schedule is maintained ,work is done before deadlines .

The legacy , brand name of ours is sustained and flourished by my constant efforts and all should be done with a
sole objective of converting it into a placement opportunity so as to benefit everyone .

The convention is a memorable event and i would try to ensure this by integrating everything in the best possible
way via interaction and suggestion of everyone .

I am ready to walk an extra mile to get work done in a better way , and thus reap better results .
