This letter is too inform you that, as of September 26 2017, I have come to the conclusion of
resigning from my position of a Line Cook at Moxies bar and grill, 56 peel Centre drive Brampton
Ontario.
The experience I had with the moxie family was great through the bad times and the good times. I
just want to say thank you for giving me a chance thanks for teaching me more about the culinary
industry and the skills you guys taught me will be put in affect for my career moving forward.
As an offering to you guys if it helps I could train the next who will be upgrading to my job as line
cook, it would be my honor as a fellow moxie cook to do that for you guys.
I would like for you guys to write me a reference letter because it would help me move forward in
my upcoming career as a chef.
I just want to say thank you for the experience, the love you guys show to me and the dedication
and faith you guys had in me the first time you put me on line cook.
If my career doesn’t go in the right direction as planned I would be most honored to return as line
cook at moxie’s again.
