AMALAN REFLEKSI

- Classroom management went abit out of hand as after 2 moths teacher took the
class.
Analisis Isu/Fokus
Kekuatan:
- Pupils were able to complete the activities on time and they were engaged towards
the lesson.
Kelemahan:
- Teacher should continue being strict with the pupils so pupils could recall the
classroom rules.

- Teaching aids are the main part of a lesson. It should be suitable and it should be
working well during the lesson.

Kekuatan:
- Pupils were able to complete the task and do well in their group discussion.
Kelemahan:
- The invitation shown on the screen was not clear as the LCD was not functioning
well.
- Teacher should test the teaching aids before the lesson to ensure that it will be
functioning well.

Teacher’s ability to get all pupils to write a paragraph and respond successfully during the
teaching.
Analisis Isu/Fokus
Kekuatan:
Teacher was able to teach pupils on how to write a paragraph about their favourite fruit by
writing a few examples on the whiteboard.
Kelemahan:
Teacher was unable to get all pupils to write a paragraph with their own words.
Teacher realized that some pupils found it too hard to do the task. These pupils were hardly
listen to the teacher instructions.
Teacher should provide simple task for these pupils to do and provide some helping words
to them.

- There should be full participation from all the pupils when teacher carries out an
activity.

Kekuatan:
Kelemahan:
- Teacher should take a count of pupils’ background and teir behaviour with their
peers.
- At times teacher should give freedom for the pupils to choose their own groups.
