I, Suresh Kumar S/o Sh. Ganesh Dass have a building with huge parking and all

the amenities as required by your office in Tenders about approximate 530sq.ft. (On

Ground Floor 350sq.ft. and first floor 200 sq.ft, first floor use as record or other needless

things) and also have roof right for installation of tower poll and earthing. We are also

ready to provide counters as per your requirement and agreed to execute the lease deed

for five years at my own cost. Rough sketch is also attached herewith. It is the old

building and I will renovate as per your requirement in the stipulated time period. My

property is under (LAL LAKEER) and I will show you paper at the time of visit by your

officials. Plot size is 18’x26’ approximately.

Rate L/S is Rs. 15500/- for month and 5% increase after every year. Hope for
