Violation of society rules and regulations while carrying out internal addition and alteration by

Rajendra Prasad Sharma Flat Number A-503

1) On the basis of his application dated 4th December 2017, Mr Sharma has been allowed to
carry out internal work in his Flat Number A-503
2) Mr Sharma had started illegal alterations damaging Beams and Pillars, compromising and
damaging the structural stability for which an objection had been made to widen ( Society
Notice Issued on 11/12/2017)
3) Mr Sharma wrote an apology letter and asked permission to close the entry points outside
his drawing room which he had opened to make extension putting additional beams/bars in
the designed structure and assured to stop further the extension mark
4) On 14th December 2017, Ms Shivani Gupta of Flat A-603 complained to the security that Mr
Sharma has again started to civil work without any permission.
5) Society members along with the structural auditors who were present in the office went to
inspect the work were not allowed by Mr Sharma into the flat
6) Due to this society staff was instructed to not allow Mr Sharma to bring construction
material inside the society premises. Despite the warning, Mr Sharma abused and forcibly
bought in the material
7) His behaviour forced us to file a complaint at the Kharghar Police Station
8) Kharghar Police had suggested that the matter to be taken up with CiDCO. Society bearers
and members who were aggrieved of this situation went to the CIDCO Nodal Office
9) Chief Engineer Mr Anuse told to take up the matter with Regional Bhavan, Belapur
10) In the meantime, a call was made to the landline of Mr Sharma which was answered by Mrs
Sharma who rather than answering questions put forth tried to engage in a discussion
seeking personal details of Mr Anuse. As usual, Mrs Sharma was trying to divulge the
information and make sure that the work they were getting done was complete with lives of
innocent people at stake
11) In the conversation, she hinted at settling the matter with the Chief Engineer Mr Anuse who
was a highly regarded CIDCO Official. Mr Anuse had to cut the call after the deliberation that
was being made by Mrs Sharma
12) As per Nodal Office Engineers direction, we will approach CCUS Raigad Bhavn on Monday
18th December 2017 to bring affirmation on the matter and making sure that such kinds of
damage that have caused havoc and chaos in parts of the city before does not fall at our
beloved Haware Tiara CHS.
