 Community/Extracurricular Activities-indicate grade and number of years involved

 Work history – summer and/or part time, volunteer, indicate number of hours
worked

 Essay (5 paragraphs) expressing education/career goals and need for financial

funds

 Essay (3-5 pages) expressing your thoughts on the current law enforcement climate,
nationally and locally. Also include a researched opinion on how law enforcement
can make a better impact on the community.

 Deadline to submit application is April 1st.
