LAMBDA CHAPTER DELTA KAPPA GAMMA

Lambda Chapter met on January 8, 2018 for their monthly meeting at the
Ranchers in Hobbs. Attending the meeting were Mary Jean Reese, Linda
Luker, Maribel Martinez, Anne Chaffin, Cathy Studley and Cathy Jones.

President Cathy Studley called the meeting to order after the meal. The
motion to approve the November minutes was made by Mary Jean Reese
and seconded by Anne Chaffin. The minutes were approved as correted.

The treasurer’s report was presented by Mary Jean Reese. There is

$1122.75 for Chapter use. The treasurer’s report will be filed.

Maribel Martinez made the motion to send $150.00 to the Hahn’s in

Uruguay. Anne Chaffin made the second. The motion passed.

Lambda Chapter will be in charge of the State Convention in 2019. Plans

need to be made for the date, place, speakers, meals, motels, gift bags,
and all the many things that have to be planned. Alpha Lambda will help
with the convention.
Next meeting will be at Linda Luker’s home in Lovington February 5, 2018.

President Cathy Studley adjourned the meeting.
