RE: INTRODUCTORY LETTER FOR INDUSTRIAL ATTACHMENT

Our third year students for Degree in Food Science and Technology are required to undertake a
two months industrial attachment starting from January 2018.

We do kindly request that you host our student by the name; WAMALWA FREDRICK IAN,
F060-01-1412/2015, to enable him gain practical experience in Food Processing operations.

The student will be provided with the following for the smooth conduct of the attachment:

a) A log-book into which details of everyday assignment by the attaché will be entered.
b) A confirmatory letter for insurance cover of the students.
The student shall also be required to provide the company with a medical clearance report as
required by the law.
