Process 3 inputs are correct as listed (reference PMBOK 4th, pg. 48). To the best of my knowledge, the key here is to remember
that Planning is iterative and can take place throughout a project, at the beginning of each project phase. For example, as you
pplan phase 2 you will use the outputs from the (master) project management plan. See the Project Boundaries figure —
PMBOK 4th, pg. 4.
