What does the entrepreneurs really need?

They really need two things: COMMON SENSE and SENSE OF URGENCY

Who we should learn this stuff. The answer is your mom. Because she probably
done more management than your MBA professor. Because they got the budget,
there are kids around, hard to manage, all this things have to be done everyday, 7
days a week. Now, that’s hard work. That’s learning on the job.

1. MINIMIZE RISK - Don’t take the risk, give it to someone else

2. ENJOY YOUR WORK

3. DO SOMETHING USEFUL

4. DO YOUR MAXIMUM TODAY - Why wait and take a long time when you can do
it shortly.

5. THINK WITH YOUR HEAD - Don’t just follow the trend or do the same with
others. You should define your life! What everybody does or says should’nt
define life. The ideal thing is to do something that has value. People say follow
your dream. Follow your dream, you must make sure that you follow the right
dream. Do that which has strenght, which has meaning. When you do that has
meaning, your life is better.

6. MAKE “SLAM DUNK” PRODUCTS - If you find something or invent something,

it is really usefull. Strictly stick to the fundamentals. The question is... Do you use
the product? Do you happy to use it? If No, why you sell it?

project with all his experience should be a slam dunk for George.

7. AVOID AGGRAVATION (Gangguan) - No aggravation whether customers,

vendor or employees. Aggravation is the largest talks in business.

8. DON’T CHASE MONEY - Get paid last! Do something usefull. Did you do
something a value? If you do that which has value, you much better off.

9. THINK THINGS THROUGH - Go to the customer and ask what they need, they
will give you wrong answer. You have to go there, and really think through what
happen. You’ll see what they need is so obvious (jelas).
V. Think through - To reason about or reflect on something, considering every
detail and consequence: Eg - Make sure you think through the consequences
before you act. Don't make the decision to quit your job right away—think the
matter through.

10. KEEP IT SIMPLE - Our standard are high, we have the simple things which
clarify the mind not totally mass up your mind or so much jargons that nobody
know what you are talking about although you have the right words.
