NOTICE
The students of Batch 2013-18 are hereby informed that the date of submission for the planned
DESIGN STAGES of Thesis Project shall be as per the schedule mentioned below. The students
shall be marked for each stage by the Panel of Jury Members under Continuous Assessment and
the marks for the same shall be incorporated for overall score of the Thesis Project. The timing
of the Jury Sessions shall be from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on the said date and students failing to
appear on their scheduled turn shall be marked absent.
The Details of the stages and a brief regarding required submissions/expected outcomes are as
follows:

Important Instructions:
1. For all Stages (from No.3 to 7) mentioned above, the students are instructed to submit their sheet and
submission requirements with Ms Gurpreet Kaur, by 4:00 pm ONE day before the Jury date.
2. Failing the above, the student shall not be allowed to give the jury on the scheduled day and shall be
marked absent by the jury panel. Also if a student fails to adhere to the submission guidelines of
requirements or submission format, he/she shall not be allowed to give the jury and shall be marked
absent for the stage.
3. Every student has to choose one Elective for the thesis project and shall submit the details of the same in
the first jury session.

The list of permitted electives to choose from depending on the topic and its scope of work are as
follows:
Important Information:
1. Kindly note that the selected Electives by a student need to be approved by the Thesis
Committee and hence shall be presented in the First Stage jury of Site Reporting and
Analysis.
2. Also the student will present the scope of work that he/she shall propose to be done under
the selected elective. A copy of this submission shall be handed over to the thesis
committee for official records and for evaluation in the subsequent juries thereafter.
