WITHDRAW FROM ALL THE PROVISIONS OF THE SCOPIC CLAUSE AND REVERT TO HIS RIGHTS UNDER
THE MAIN AGREEMENT.
CONTINUE AND BE FORCED INTO THE SALVAGE AGREEMENT
WAIT FOR THE SECURITY TO ARRIVE
STALL THE SALVAGE OPERATION TO INCREASE PROFIT.
IT PROVIDES A REGIME FOR DETERMINING THE AMOUNT OF REMUNERATION TO BE AWARDED TO
SALVORS FOR THEIR SERVICES IN SAVING PROPERTY AT SEA AND MINIMISING OR PREVENTING DAMAGE
TO THE ENVIRONMENT.
