Globalization has required a great deal of efforts, skills and possessions from the field of
management–in both private and public contexts and developed and developing countries–
to make participants from Sri Lankans capable of dealing with this new reality the seminar
“International Program in Management” in Thailand was designed to give them an insight
and experiences.

The results of this assessment reinforce the relevancy and importance of International
Program in Management. The positive aspects of the program can be replicated or
incorporated in existing similar situations in their country and can be applied when they
back home. While the participants were satisfied on the inputs, process and outputs of the
program, there is always room for improvement. There was a harmonizing sharing of
responsibilities among the training management, the participants and the organizer. It was
a very satisfying working relationship.
