It is also use for general patching, topping and repair of concrete floors, pavements, walls, linings, structural elements and castings. It is also a high strength, non-shrink epoxy grout for machinery bases, structural columns, pump and equipment bases, ete. DESCRIPTION SONOBOND 400 is a two-component, solvent-free, low viscosity epoxy suitable for crack repair by pressurized injection in concrete floors and pavements, columns, etc. When mixed with specially blended aggregates, it becomes a non-shrink, general purpose grouting system for bearing plates, machine bases, fixing bolts and anchors or as self-levelling patching or coating mortar. MIXING AND APPLICATION Thoroughly mix 2 parts A (resin ) with I part B ( hardener ). Surfaces receiving SONOBOND 400 mortar must be structurally sound and free of oil, grease and surface contaminants.
