Drum Major | The Battalion Drum and Bugle Corps Jan. 2016 – July 2017
 Developed an 11 page leadership handbook for student leader use.
 Facilitated a 26 member student leadership team that oversaw a 150 student member program.
 Planned and Executed a three-day student leadership retreat where students were taught leadership principles
and engaged in personal and organization goal setting.
 Collected data at the beginning and end of the 2017 season to evaluate the success of the leadership program and
the development of the student leaders.
 Conducted weekly leadership planning meetings.
Drum Major | The University of Utah Marching Band May 2015 – Dec. 2017
 Auditioned and selected as one of 4 drum majors ofa 100- 200 student member organization.
 Organized socials for band students and increased attendance at these events by 10% through planned promotion.
