CONCLUSION

What is electronic devices ?. Electronic devices are the devices that we commonly used it
everyday in my life wihout we noticed it or not. Its consists of diodes, transistors and
integrated circuit. Most of it made of semiconductive materials. Some example of electronic
devices is laptop, handphone and speaker.

In this assignment, as a group of four person, we must find the solution for the question about
chapter 2 ( diode application ), chapter 3 ( zener diode ), and chapter 4 ( bipolar junction
transistor ). We do all the five question by discussion and research. After do all the question,
we more understand about the main objective that we learned in chapter 2,3 and 4 which is
related to the diode and transistor.

In electronics, diode is a specialized electronic compenent with two electrodes called the
anode and the cathode. Most diode are made up of semiconductive materials such as silicon,
germanium and selenium. Some diodes are comprised of metal electrodes in a chamber
evacuated or filled with a pure elemental gas at low pressure. Diodes can be used as rectifires,
signal limitters, voltage regulators, switches, signal modulators, signal mixers, and signal
demodulators.

A transistor is a semiconductor device used to amplify and switch electronic signal and
electrical power. It is composed of semiconductor material with at least three terminal for
connection to an external cicuit.
