• Current Scorecard Reporting month - December 2017

• Ultimate location scores (the row shaded gray) are based on all supplier locations for the ultimate location, even if not all supplier locations for the ultimate location are selected for the Scorecard.

• PPM is Calendar Year to Date (CYTD) through the month prior to the current Scorecard reporting month.
• Supplier Quality data is taken from the Delphi Problem Solver application. Contact the problem case owner if you have questions about the data or would like to request a change to the data.
• Any changes made to problem case information for the current reporting month and previous 10 months will be reflected in the next reporting month’s Quality Scorecard. Since the Quality Scorecard displays current
month and previous 11 months, changes made to the 11th month data will not be reflected in the next month’s Scorecard because that month will no longer be included.
• Supplier locations are classified as: Locations Currently shipping to Delphi (CSD), Manufacturing locations not CSD, Non-manufacturing locations and Inactive Locations.
• • The supplier location hyperlink opens up the Delphi Approval Required TAB from Delphi Supplier Profile. Supplier access to Delphi Supplier Profile will be based on user authorized access. By default, all supplier users
have READ ONLY access to the Supplier Profile application. Only Supplier Profile Administration (SPROF Admin) access allows changes and requests for changes to supplier information. To gain Sprof Admin rights in the
Supplier Profile Application, supplier users should follow the Delphi Supplier Portal Registration Quick Reference Guide under Frequently used documents at https://delphi.covisint.com.
• • The data from Delphi Problem Solver and Delphi Supplier Profile is updated in the Supplier Scorecard application once a month (around the 10th).
