DOOR DHR-2B Adjustment

1. Check the connection Door Link with Sprocket according to Door Opening

1) Connect Sprocket (No.1) to Hole by the above instruction.


2) Adjust the length of Door Link (No.2) to fully open and close Door.
3) When pressing the Bracket (No.3) into one’s hands with fully open or close, must not to deviate from the
normal course, if the deviation happens, re-adjust the length of Door Link (No.2).
4) If need, change the location of Bracket (No.3) from A to B.

3. CAM Switch Setting

3-1 Cam Switch Setting

OFF ON

1) Loose the 2 bolts in Cam #16DS.


2) Connect the Multi-Meter between G24 and 16DS in terminal block of Car duct.
3) The Cam Switch #16DS is OFF (be pressed down) when the door is closed.
4) When the door is opening at 100mm, the Cam Switch will be ON (be free) by Cam2 and keep this
condition until 100mm before the door fully open. That means the Cam Switch will be OFF by Cam1 at
that point.
5) Fasten the 2 bolts.
6) Adjustment of Others is the same as the above method.

Cf. Check the jumper between DCCI and DOD in terminal block in Car duct.

Try to open and close the door, please adjust the speed by volumes in door controller board if not perfect.
- Not fully open, adjust it by VR1, VRO3 and VRO2.
- Not fully close, adjust it by VR2, VRC3 and VRC2.

DOOR Close-Open Pattern Circuit

Control process of Door Control Device almost depends on Pattern shape to control the Open Loop for
control performance.
This control device is controlled by running the pattern control circuit that is the control of each pattern of
open-close.

4-1. Door Open Pattern


1) Acceleration setting of Door Coupling (11CS) – (Setting the VR4)
To make the low sound of coupling, run the car door as low acceleration on the Coupling.

2) Acceleration setting after Coupling--- (Setting the VR3)


Decide the acceleration when Door is being Closed-Opened.
Door is to be set according to vibration, noise, targets efficiency.
If acceleration is too low, Open-Close time will be long.

3) Open Top Speed Setting ----- (Setting the VR1)


Decide the Maximum value of Open Pattern. It has an influence on Door closing time and on decelerating
control.

4) Door deceleration Pattern setting --- (Setting the VR01 ~ VR02)


Decide the deceleration Pattern signal through the Length signal.
Pattern of last lever following 3 steps deceleration by length decides the electrical current value of Door
Open Lock.

4-2. Reopen Pattern


Reopen Pattern is to adjust slip value of door when it is reopened. According to position of door, it can
be divided by 2 types. Setting of Reopen must be careful, if you try to make the low value of slip,
vibration occurs because of gain value rising.

1) Reopening action in the Open acceleration domain has a high Door Closing speed so it leads to change
the Open Mode from increased Slip values. To prevent this matter, adjust slip values by Bias signal when
it is reopened from Opening direction.

2) When door is opened in the domain of Open deceleration, Pattern is Pattern deceleration, in this case it
can happen that door is not opened because of high Open Starting Torque.
If Reopening is operated in the domain, in this case Gain value of Open Pattern rises. And then Lock
currents also increase. Thus it needs extremely caring for not to be big amount of adjust. ----- (Setting
the VR04)

4-3. Door Close Pattern


Door Close acceleration setting cans be easy relatively. Door is accelerated considerately around
perfectly closing moment of door because of close side always pushing the close. Thus deceleration
can be done easily.

1) Door Close acceleration setting ----- (Switching the SW1)


Door Close acceleration is set in advance and then it can be controlled on the VR3. Dangerous case that
Door Closing is so fast is needed to decelerate by switching the Dip S/W.

2) Close Top Speed Setting ----- (Setting the VR2 )


Decide the Maximum value of Close Pattern. It has an influence on Door closing time and on
decelerating control.
3) Door Close deceleration Pattern setting - (Setting the VRC1 ~ VRC3)
Decide the deceleration Pattern signal through the Length signal.
Decelerating 3 steps from position Pattern, last lever Pattern decides the electrical current value of
Door Close Lock.

4-4. Pattern first delay control


According to each of Open, Close Pattern going through delay circuit, voltage fluctuating rate gets low
and it terminates the unnecessary action when switching to deceleration Pattern.
Caution the collision when first delay value gets big.

* VR2 : Close Top Speed Setting
* VRO1 : The First Door Deceleration Patten Setting
* VRO2 : The Second Door Deceleration Patten Setting
* VRO3 : The Third Door Deceleration Patten Setting / Keep Torque on Opening
* VRO4 : The Reopen Patten Setting (VRO1 ~ VRO3)
* VRO7 : The Pattern Setting of All Deceleration Section
* VRC1 : The First Door Acceleration Pattern Setting
* VRC2 : The Second Door Acceleration Pattern Setting
* VRC3 : The Third Door Acceleration Pattern Setting / Keep Torque on Closing
