1. Purchase Orders (POs) at 70% of loan amount - sample if Econergy is to avail P40M loan, total POs to
be sumitted at P58M.
2. Please prepare the following TCTs to be safekept by RCBC,

T-91317 Buayan, GSC
T-59033 Gensanville, Bula, GSC
T-59034 Gensanville, Bula, GSC
3. Certificate of Full Payment or Proof of Payment for the following cancelled cards:

Japheth Zaide BDO Card cancelled October 2013 amounting to P6,900.00
Sunny Rae Baraquel BDO Card cancelled August 2013 amounting to P78,000.00
Arnel Baraquel BDO Card cancelled August 2013 amounting to P24,000.00
