Aliter Group is the result of the join of two Spanish leading companies with extensive
experience in the field of the renewable energies in the related areas of engineering,
construction and consulting services.

The result is a company with a team of professionals who agglutinate the experience and the
knowledge of more than 20 years of activity in the sector of the renewable energies
worldwide, with more than 2,500 MW of PV and more that 100 MW of CSP projects advised,
engineered, managed and/or installed.

Aliter Group has a long term business commitment and a clear global view, wants to be
everywhere where a renewable energy business opportunity can take place. Nowadays
Aliter Group has presence in Spain, Bulgaria, Romania, India, UK, Jordan and South
America.

Our services

Aliter Group works in an integral way in the renewable energies business and has,

development of generation infrastructures.
The services offered by Aliter Group start in the advice, studies and feasibility analysis and
scope until the exploitation and the maintenance of the resultant infrastructures, passing

Aliter Group acts as lead technical counsel, advising on the full range of issues for projects
and transactions. The team provides specialist expertise across all phases of a project.

We advise governments, consortia and private investors at each phase of a project, from the
feasibility phase, until the project completion date and during the operation and maintenance
period of the plant.

We advise on financing arrangements for renewable energy projects.

We advise on the regulatory regime for the renewable power sector, including licensing
requirements, regulation of generation, transmission, distribution and supply, and trading
arrangements.

Our services to our clients are extensive and include permitting, land issues, equipment
procurement, finance, feasibility studies, basic and detail engineering, and we advise in
relation to solar thermal and photovoltaic projects.
