In 2002 Agfa launched a number of initiatives ¾ helped create a culture of increased

Changefirst practitioners worked with the


programme teams to learn and apply the PCI
tools, consulted with the CPO on strategic
change issues and provided change clinics
to embed learning. They also ran ‘best
practice’ change execution workshops for the
top 40 executives.
