Recommendations

The following are the recommendations formulated after the findings have been

analyzed and concluded:

To the Nursing Administration, they should affiliate the nursing school to a

hospital that will provide high level competencies in terms of safe and quality nursing

care.

To the Clinical Instructors, they should design evaluation tools that will
challenge the competencies, in particular with competency Standars:11 key areas of

responsibility; a focus for each student during return demonstration, to ensure very high

level competencies during clinical training in any affiliated hospital.

To the Nursing Students, may the findings of this study inspire them to do better

in their clinical training to ensure safety caring in all patients.

To the Future Researchers, may these study provide them related information

needed for their topic to be studied, and may they find it of great importance to pursue

further in other aspect in Competency Standard: 11 Key Areas of Responsibility.
