    Demurrer to Evidence

    Section 1.Demurrer to evidence.

    Effect of Denial of the Demurrer to Evidence

    Where a court denies a demurrer to evidence, it should set the date for
    reception of the defendant’s evidence in chief. It should not proceed to grant
    relief demanded by plaintiff. (Northwest Airlines Inc. v. CA 284 s 408)
