We write on behalf of our client, MS. MAE LOU PACIA, owner of Unit 403 Azure
Residences located in 2353 Legaspi St., Manila, in connection with your unpaid rentals
covering the period October 1, 2016 to November 30, 2016 in the total amount of
P50,000.00.

It has been THIRTY (30) DAYS since you received our third letter dated December
27, 2016 but you have failed to pay and still refuses to pay your rental arrears for TWO (2)
MONTHS.

Please be reminded that our client has sent you several letters of demand for you to
pay your back rentals but the same letters have been left unanswered. Accordingly, final
demand is hereby made upon you to pay the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P50,000.00) directly to my client within TEN (10) days from receipt of this letter.
Otherwise, I will be constrained to file the necessary legal action against you to protect my
client's interest without further notice.

I trust that you will bestow preferential attention to this matter. Please be guided
accordingly.
