(Optional) The incoming dry vial (sterilized and siliconised) are fed through the infeed turn table and suitably guided on the moving delrn siat conveyor belt at the required speed of the correct placement below filing unit. ‘The filing unit consists of Fillng Head, Syringes & Nozzles which are uses for liquid filing. Liquid filing syringes & Needles are made from Stainless Steel 316. Star Wheel is provided which holds the vial during filing operation. A sensor is provided for "No Vial-No Filing” ‘operation. Syringes are mounted on eccentric block and driving through bottom main gear box. Volume can be increased or decreased by increasing & decreasing stroke length of piston. Syringes is having non return valve for sucking and delivering situation to avoid volume variation. Liquid reaches to filing nozzles through slicon transparent pipe. Nozzles having up and down movement with help of ‘cam mechanism and it come down when vial hold by starwheel for filing operation and starts filing when it starts to move up and after ‘completion of filing operation, starwheel delivers four vials together on conveyor for rubber stoppering operation. ‘Stoppering unit consist of Starwheel, Vibrator unit and Bowl. The sterlized and siliconised rubber stoppers stored in the vibrator bow! moves vertically to the rubber stopper chute. The vial is hold firmly by starwheel, which is in continuous rotary motion and vial which is coming from filing unit get in to starwheel and move in rotary direction along with starwheel, during movement it picks up the rubber stopper from the exit end of the chute and rubber stopper pressed by fix single pressing spring loaded roller. Filled & Stoppered vials further move on conveyor and collected on out feed starwheel for next sealing operation.
