Mindanao Medical Foundation College is a private, non-sectarian institution of higher learning

that envisions to promote quality education affordable & accessible to all, develops holistic
individuals who are globally competent and with Godly values in service and leadership.

Mission

Mindanao Medical Foundation College fully commits to produce competent graduates who will
be professionals and leaders in their chosen field; by providing quality instruction, effective students’
services and state of the art facilities contributing to the total development of the communities they
will serve

Goals

1. To improve governance and administration by:

1. Formulating policies and guidelines in line with its Vision and Mission and ensure its
implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
2. To upgrade the Physical Facilities and Administrative systems by providing:
1. a safe and secure campus and buildings that are conducive to learning, and
promotes everyone’s well-being;
2. adequately equipped classrooms and laboratories;
3. effective and efficient management of administrative systems by computerization of
databases and records.
4. efficient and timely processing of financial, personnel, and other administrative
transactions with adequate internal checks and controls.
3. To enhance Academic Standards by:
1. providing access to the best books, journals, and learning materials ;
2. undertaking faculty development programs for continuous upgrading of faculty
competencies and skills;
3. develop the culture of research among students and faculty members;
4. encouraging relevant community extension services; and
5. offering courses that will contribute to a sustainable socio-economic development of
the country.
