WEEK: 1 DATE: JANUARY 8-16, 2018

DAY: 1-5
The first week of our training was fun and exciting. Our first day
begins with orientation which helps us to familiarize the workplace
and develop ourselves to socialize with other company’s and
office’s staff. I learned a lot from this company especially in this
week, we are being oriented and taught how to use company’s
tools and equipment.

Every morning, we do housekeeping and clean our workplace

in first and second floor, we make sure that our environment
maintains cleanliness. After we do housekeeping, we are given a
different task to be able to work alone and to be dependent without
the help of other co-immersion students. Some of our works requires
us to work on team just like photocopying forms, cutting stickers,
filling and other clerical task. Building teamwork helps us to work fast
and finish our task immediately.

After a few days passed on our training, I feel comfortable with

our job. I feel that I am accountable with each task because I was
always given a task that was different with the task of my co-
immersion student in the office. I also learned something new that
school did not teaches; in the first week of our training I learned how
to use Xerox machine, printer and laminating machine, I also
learned to be initiative and to work on task without being told.
WEEK: 2 DATE: JANUARY 17-23, 2018
DAY: 6-10
