Report of Booking and YOD

Executive summary

In this report, our aim was to understand the strategy of the company about
decreasing YOD and increasing bookings. In order to achieve it, we must improve
our coordination with other divisions, such as collection, marketing and credit
analyst. It is really important to solve the problem.

Firstly, in the collection division we have to focus on reminding the customers and
direct them to pay the installments. Secondly, in the marketing division we have to
improve our control to surveyors or CMO’s in screening customers. The last one,
in the credit analyst division we have to restrict the quality of customers using 5C
formulas (Character, Capacity, Capital, Condition, Colleteral).

Introduction

This report contains analyst of bookings and YOD data from DDS 1 area from our
company. This data was taken on August – September in 2017. It can compare
between month by month.

The bookings data shows the amount of units from many types. We can know how
many units from each type also take the conclusion which type has the highest and
the lowest amount of unit. The YOD data shows the amount of overdue in percent.
The data explain to us which type has the highest and the lowest overdue. From
this data we will know what we must to increase the profits and decrease the loss.
