CONTRACT OF MORTGAGE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This Mortgage of Real Property Rights made and executed by and between: MA CINDY
QUILLA DE ASIS, of legal age, Filipino, single, with residence at 0886 P3 Rizal St. Angeles City,
Pampanga, and hereinafter referred to as the “MORTGAGOR”,

-and-

JOEL ABALOS TORIO, of legal age, Filipino, married, with residence at 0754 Purok 2 Bliss,
Barangay Sapangbato, Angeles City, Pampanga, and hereinafter referred to as the
“MORTGAGEE”.

WITNESSETH

WHEREAS, the MORTGAGOR is the owner of rights of a parcel of land situated at 0886 P3 Rizal
St. Angeles City, Pampanga;

WHEREAS, Mortgagor personally appeared unto the Mortgagee to mortgage said real property
rights for a sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P500,000.00), which the
Mortgagee has agreed to lend to the Mortgagor executing these presents with a view to secure the
repayment thereof WITHOUT ANY INTEREST hereon;

WHEREAS, the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P500,000.00) shall be paid
in INSTALLMENT basis in any amount within SIX MONTHS.

WHEREAS, in any event shall the Mortgagor fail to pay any amount within the said six months,
the real property hereto shall be possessed by the Mortgagee without prejudice to the Mortgagor.

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises and as security for
payment of the aforesaid obligation, the MORTGAGOR has transferred and conveyed, and by
these presents transfer and convey by way of MORTGAGE, unto the MORTGAGEE, the
aforesaid parcel of land [with/without improvements] situated at 0886 P3 Rizal St. Angeles City,
Pampanga.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have caused these presents to be signed on
