Duties & Responsibilities

1) To perform inspection the condition of the trucks & trailers, power train such us
engine, clutch, transmission, propeller shaft and differentials.
2) Check up the hydraulic, pneumatic system for Brake, valve, brake chamber
assembly ,automatic slack adjuster ,S camshaft.
3) For under chassis the condition front leaf spring, rear leaf spring, control arm, power
steering end play, steering box, hoses, drag link, tie rod &tie rod end.
4) The electrical component or circuit, cable and safety switch harness of electrical,
head light , park light, rear light, clearance light, seven way connector for trailers.
5) Report unsafe condition of the equipment to the safety officer or supervisor to
implemented
A necessary action and to prevent any untoward incident that happened & avoid
the delay of the shipment.
6) Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspection and diagnostic tests,
Identifying worn and damaged parts.
7) Verifies vehicle performance by conducting test drive ,adjusting control and system
8) Maintain vehicle appearance by cleaning ,washing and painting.
