Dear Governor Jerry Brown and/or representatives:

Hello my name is Ember Autumn Rose Leona and I wanted to contact you about being stuck as a
homeless person. I am currently not sleeping on the streets but I have homeless family and friends and I
have been unable to afford rent or the cost of looking for work since 2008. I have been unemployed
since 2007 but I couldn't qualify for unemployment because I became homeless and did not get mail in
order to comply with weekly requirement for my 3,500 unemployment award. I have never gotten a
disbursement and I am now not eligible for unemployment's renamed severance pay thru my previous
employer. I am also not eligible for General Relief in Riverside County because I cannot afford a
landlord to get approx. 200 toward rent in the form of a voucher which counts as taxable income for
any landlord and doesn't count as income for me – so that I might one day qualify for low income
housing or section 8. In addition to General Relief's impossible program requirements; I must repay
this loan that I don't qualify for when I get income.

The problem is I cannot even afford to look for work. I lost my drivers' license due to a head injury in
2009. I cannot drive and I have been applying for disability and been denied repeatedly. I recently
learned about the State DI disability program through the EDD office. I filed an application that was
returned without an opportunity for appeal; I couldn't afford a doctor to fill out my application which
was late and had to reference my head injury in 2009. I sent all my hospital records and bills on CD and
those were ignored and returned along with blank lined paper with a red stain.

This trickle down economics is not working for me. I want a piece of the pie but the darn pie tin is in
the way of any trickles…. If you feed the roots maybe I can grow prosperous. For seven years my
website has been underfunded. Bitsfit.com is my blog for a company I would like to create called
Bitsfit Entertainment Here I have released all my invention ideas to public domain in digitally signed
published documents prior to there being a law against that. I have lost hope in ever obtaining a patent
myself and would like to sue for co-inventorship.

To help the homeless, blankets, mailing address, place to store stuff, place to store and cook food, bus
passes, shelters, jobs. Many have been in jail and cost more to taxpayers while incarcerated. I knew one
guy that would go to jail on purpose because he was tired of being homeless.

I wish he had internet access and could assemble in peace(constitutional right) on the internet. Also I
think his court should have been on youtube in a public place where people can comment. Now
freedom of speech is denied by those that swore oaths to uphold the Constitution and the people are
thrown out of court rooms and falsely represented by the District Attorney.

I am sad that the terrorists destroyed my American Values and The American Way on September
12th,2001 – The day that the patriot act was past.
