Research Design

Research and development is a series of activity aimed to discover solutions to problems or

creating new knowledge by combining both basic and applied research. Basic research, applied

research and development activity are the three categories under research and development

activities. Understanding the concept is under basic research, to design and evaluate the public

market is under applied research and the development of two-Storey prestressed public market

concept is to build and design a comfortable and better public market.

Working Plans

Working plans includes the details and information to visualize the actual figure of the building.

It includes perspective, site development plan, ground floor and second floor plan, roof plan,

elevation plan, cross section, detail of roof beam, detail of floor beam, detail of column, detail of

slab, detail of stairs, detail of septic tank, plumbing layout, electrical layout, architectural detail

and structural detail.

Method of construction of the proposed two storey prestressed public market shall conform the

National Building Code of the Philippines and NSCP (2010 Edition), USD Method, ACI (318-

14) and the existing laws and regulations of the Civil Engineering Office.
