    Megaman Legends 2
    The easy way is to just turn off framebuffer effects. The more accurate way is to set the
    manual FPS to 60 or 120(I forget which). Normally you should have the Frame Limiter to
    Auto, but use the emulator OSD to switch to manual where heat or water is used.
