    Dear Ms. Landicho:

    This will refer to your unpaid outstanding account with the late Mrs. Saloma V.
    Lu, amounting to PESOS: Four Thousand (P4,000.00) including interest, as of this
    writing.

    As counsel of her surviving spouse, I demand that your settle your account
    within five (5) days from receipt of this letter directly to Mr. Vicente Lu, at his
    residence, or I will be compelled to take appropriate legal action against you if
    only to enforce the rights of my client.

    Please consider this as my first and final demand.
