    I, JELLY APPLE A. MICOR, a third-year student of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering,


    would like to request your consent to enroll the subjects PHILO 120 (PHILOSOPHY OF THE
    HUMAN PERSON) AND ENGR 311 (CARPENTRY, PLUMBING & MASONRY
    WORKS). I am aware that enrolling the said subjects will exceed from the regular load required.

    In this connection, may I have your permission to please allow me to enroll the subjects above
    and to enroll with an overload of four (4) units.

    Having consulted the Office of Admission, I was found capable of overloading this subject with
    a GPA of 2.09 from first year to 1st semester of third year.
