    Reference to the above mentioned subject, kindly arrange for the penalty for my stay here in Qatar
    beyond my visa extension dated 08 October 2011 . It was very unfortunate that some problems arose
    with the results of the finger printing administered to me this week , last 2 nd October 2011 as well as the
    problem of my medical examination being rescheduled from early August to 27 th September 2011 .
