The firm adopts following to provide efficient and timely services:

1. Quick response to the client’s needs as and when communication is received.

2. Providing complete information/explanation to the client’s queries


including conveying a checklist of information/documents necessary to
attend the work.

3. Utmost care is taken to ensure that the exact nature of required services is
communicated.

4. At least two professional in the office are aware about the clients work
for smooth and uninterrupted communications and follow up.

5. “Seamless” service delivery processes are in place for every assignment

6. Providing standard communication on the indicative fees for our services


before taking up the assignment.

7. We have a strict policy of not indulging in or associating with any


corrupt or bribery practices.

The processes followed by our firm ensures saving of valuable time and efforts for
the clients and us.
