Ingredients

1 lb of lamb mince
1 tsp of chili powder
1 tsp of garlic granules
1 tsp of garam masala
1 tsp methi
1 tsp salt
2 tsp of mint sauce / jelly

Mix all ingredients together and form in to sausages ( about 6)


leave in fridge for 4-5 hrs
Roll each kofta in tin foil and put in oven on a tray @ 180 for 25 minutes.
